Nova Mart Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Nova Mart, we aim to deliver your favourite products to your doorstep in the fastest and most secure way possible across Pakistan.
1. Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery: Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2 to 4 business days.
Other Cities : 4 to 6 business days.
2. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 - 250 on standard orders across Pakistan.
FREE Shipping: We offer FREE delivery on all orders above Rs. 45,00.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for all orders nationwide.
Please ensure you provide a complete physical address, proper landmarks, and an active mobile number so our courier agent can deliver your parcel without delay.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your courier Tracking Number. You can use this ID to track your parcel's real-time updates.
